Workplace Islands Built for the Way You Work
Custom workplace islands can vary tremendously in design from standing to sitting, lockers to drawers and even integrated plumbing and electrical raceways. The open office serves a challenge for personal storage.
Rather than building lockers in a wall, some custom island include day-use lockers as well as trash and recycle receptacles to keep the office neat and clean. Similar to the locker end caps you see below.
Some island lockers offer seating for a collaboration hub, centered in the middle of the office. Employees are able to meet in a centralized location and store belongings when venturing out to other areas of the office.
